Position Summary

CompEAP is seeking an energetic, organized and empathic individual to play an integral role on our skilled clinical team. The newly created Clinical Case Manager will work part time (20-24 hr/wk) supporting CompEAP’s efforts to ensure high quality customer service to client companies, their employees and their families. Responsibilities include making clinical referrals, managing client data, supporting training and account management initiatives, and contributing to CompEAP’s social media program.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in matching clients to the most qualified clinician in the CompEAP network based on location, presenting issue and a variety of other clinical and logistical factors.
  • Work with account managers to assess the needs of client companies and implement customized EAP programs to each company site based on those needs.
  • Support CompEAP staff with providing training, seminars and other onsite services at client companies.
  • Assist CompEAP in developing a social media strategy and participate significantly in maintaining CompEAP’s digital image.
  • Complete periodic data entry of clinical items in the company database.
  • Accept other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Matriculated in a Bachelor’s level Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related program.
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
  • Advanced writing skills.
  • Proficiency with the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
  • Significant interest and proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
