SUMMARY

Define & Maintain landscape standards
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

None

Periodically supervise assisting personnel
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Maintain and/or improve current landscape, including selecting and ordering all plant material
-
Provide plant care Watering, fertilization, pruning
-
Assist in landscape design and installation
-
Establish and maintain on-site plant nursery
-
Weed control in landscape beds
-
Able to lift and operate small power equipment I.e. blower, string line, lawn mower
-
Comfortable climbing ladders
-
Be able work alternate days due to large golf tournaments, club events or seasonal golf course needs
SUCCESS CRITERIA

Maintain and improve landscape at the Clubhouse, tennis and pool complex, and golf course beds

Able to work in all weather conditions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Be able to lift 20 pounds, bending/kneeling, and operating a golf cart

Able to work on uneven/sloped terrain
