Immediate Full Time Opening for a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant for growing Construction Company located in West Palm Beach. An excellent candidate for this position would be someone with a positive attitude that is very detail orientated with knowledge in QuickBooks and the ability to multitask. Some of the job duties would entail the following:
Accounts Receivables/Payables, Prepare Invoices, Administrative and General Office Duties, Handle Phone Calls and Emails, Create Work Orders and Purchase Orders, Construction Permitting Process, and Maintaining and Organizing Customer Files
Experience is required, construction experience a plus. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs as well as QuickBooks. Working with others as team and possessing strong communication skills with a positive attitude a must.
