KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS):
Wells Fargo is working to change the way we deliver product offerings to customers to focus on meeting the needs of our clients when and where and how they need us. To do this, the Insights & Analytics (I&A) team within the Marketing group is developing a new analytically-driven offer optimization capability that will ingest non-traditional data, use cutting edge analytical techniques and ultimately seek to predict customer needs before they arise.
We are looking for an experienced analyst to assist in the development of this analytical effort for the enterprise and deliver value to our customers by understanding them in ways that our traditional approaches have not been able to achieve. Specifically, this role will be responsible for:
Develop close partnerships with channel analytics and operations teams and co-develop a shared testing agenda and analytical plans to analyze the impact of in-market optimization model deployments
Develop a methodology for comparing dissimilar types of offers and referrals for success using a multi-pronged measurement plan
Lead & support junior analysts to foster problem solving, and delivery of extraordinary work that promotes team success
Socialize analytical findings with both technical and non-technical business partners
