Senior Learning Specialist
The Senior Learning Specialist partners with Human Resources and business leaders leveraging design thinking and Human Centered Design approaches to diagnose, discover, define, develop, and deliver solutions that effectively address organizational performance needs. The successful candidate is passionate about talent development and organizational effectiveness and has a track record in successfully managing learning and talent development programs from inception through implementation and sustainment.
A day in the life…
Establish partnerships within HR, the business, and the extended Learning & Leadership team
Participate in a leadership capacity on agile work teams where design thinking is used to developing learning strategies built through diagnosis and discovery to development and delivery
Design and implement people-centric change management solutions that drive positive business outcomes
Lead diagnosis/needs assessment activities to uncover root causes behind performance deficits
Develop and deliver learning strategies to address talent development and organizational performance issues

Strong project management skills, leveraging tools to ensure consistency and timely progress on milestones
Ability to manage complexity and time effectively, prioritizing multiple overlapping projects and responsibilities
Consistently deliver exemplary internal customer service through strong professionalism and ownership of projects
Demonstrate commitment to teamwork through relationship building and effective collaboration across businesses
You know this if you have…
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5+ years of adult learning experience including a track record of diagnosing, defining, developing and delivering learning and talent development solutions that drive positive business outcomes
A strong consultative approach with 5+ years of experience conducting needs analysis and familiarity with design thinking and agile learning development techniques
Experience in end-to-end learning design preferred
Demonstrated project management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport and influence peers and leadership
Ability to lead diverse projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving environment
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Retail and merchandising experience (a strong plus)
