This leader is looking to create unique experiences for guests. They are go-getters who want guests to have cherished memories for events that they hold at The Alida. They want to create relationships with guests and with team members.
5 main roles and responsibilities:
Lead, manage and hold accountable the sales team
Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with clear and effective communication amongst co-workers
Ensure exceptional guest service is being given by the team to all potential and actual guests as well as to co-workers
Work with sales managers on sales strategy and effective implementation of strategies for each segment
Ensure hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals
Previous Senior Sales experience.
Knowledge of travel industry, current trends and economic factors.
Proven track record in prospecting new business and savvy at closing the deal.
Previous experience leading a sales team.
