Overview: Home Mortgage Alliance Corporation (HMAC) is seeking a skilled Process Automation/Power Platform Developer to join our team in our Santa Ana, CA office. As a leading mortgage provider, HMAC is committed to leveraging technology to enhance our operations and client service.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for possible improvement, and work with the business units to develop and implement solutions.
Develop detailed documentation of systems and business workflow.
Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
Perform user acceptance testing.
Design templates, forms and job aids to support the business units.
Work efficiently and oversee vendor relationships.
Perform data analysis and create operational and BI reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
Experience working with mortgage company highly desired.
Advanced Microsoft office skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps.
Strong knowledge of Power Automate.
Experience with Data Integrations
Advanced knowledge of SharePoint
PowerBI development experience.
ZOHO project management experience.
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
Must work well in fast paced environment.
Strong documentation skills.

Performance Objectives:
Within your first 30 - 60 days:
1. Learn and familiarize yourself with departmental and business processes and relevant software technologies.
2. Participate in the development and implementation of new systems and solutions.
3. Understand department needs and identify opportunities to automate processes.
Within your first 60 - 90 days and beyond:
1. Research, evaluate, and implement new business technology solutions.
2. Manage projects of varying size and scope with minimal direction including project planning and execution.
3. Deliver portfolio of approved system projects and deliverables on time, with expected quality and value added.
4. Collaborate with global team members to ensure successful completion of requests.
5. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives.
6. Provide subject matter expertise as the functional owner of business processes.
7. Resolve issues and requests accurately and in a timely manner.
8. Coordinate end-user training documentation and ensure effective system understanding.
9. Participate in software validation activities to ensure that software solutions are designed to specifications and for intended use.
10. Manage software-related projects and ensure that business solutions are designed, developed, and implemented according to the business needs.
