Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound calls—no cold calling.
- Assist clients with selecting ACA-compliant health insurance plans.
- Educate clients about eligibility, subsidies, and enrollment.
- Stay compliant with ACA regulations and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting client relationships.
Requirements:
- Active Health Insurance License (required).
- Previous experience with ACA health plans (preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using computers and insurance platforms.
