A 2SP Taphouse Executive Chef should be a leader in food, family and finance.
"Food"- our chefs work with any ingredients available, local farm raised to far off specialty items. Along the way they design their own daily Chef Features and seasonal menu changing quarterly.
"Family"- our chefs are treated like family and expected to be the same with their team. Never losing focus and staying passionate for work and the team's success.
"Finance"- our chefs are responsible for maintaining cost control in their kitchens and ensuring high quality cuisine from burgers & wings, to creative features from all over the map. Balancing the costs and controls allows the playfulness with their menu while being responsible to the financials.
The preferred minimum experience for the best applicant will be 3 years in a Chef position in a similar style kitchen environment. Management of scheduling as well as leading and developing 5-8 teammates is the goal. That continued development from within the team grows the Two Stones Pub culture and family pride. Experience in this type of role is necessary previously.
Education is an incredible asset for our Executive Chefs.
However, education doesn't have to be a degree on paper. Years of experience, continued drive and self motivated learning is all the education a Two Stones Pub Executive Chef needs. We have incorporated great systems of management and controls that we hope adds to that education and increases every chef's knowledge base.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
