Sales Support Specialist-TEMPORARY

Looking for a detail-oriented person with Salesforce experience, and Pardot, a +, for a 3-to-6 month temporary assignment in downtown White Plains. This role is being filled on a temporary basis, but could become a long-term permanent solution based on the quality of the work and the future needs of our firm.

  • You must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • Data entry to Salesforce and Pardot; maintain and document accurate, organized and up to date information in Salesforce and TMS
  • Assist Sales with incoming calls, emails and online questions and inquiries, providing accurate information pertaining to the company's line of products and services
  • Assist Account Executives with presentation development
  • Assist with onboarding customers as Account Executives close deals.
  • Assisting with vendor paperwork; RFP's, client contracts, etc.
  • Administration aspect of coordinating trade shows, regional meetings, conventions and varied activities for Sales, including shipping materials and completing purchase requests forms
  • Keep record of sales trends
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Review and write spec features for client user manuals, how-to-videos, demos, and additional onboarding support materials
  • Maintain knowledge of all tests, pricing, etc.
  • Provide complete sales administrative support to the Account Executives & Marketing Department

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Salesforce experience required, Pardot a +
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate
  • Demonstrated experience working with clients on the phone and by written correspondence

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Must be tech savvy
  • Proficiency with MS Office
