ECU Health is a mission-driven, 1,708-bed academic health care system serving more than 1.4 million people in 29 eastern North Carolina counties. Position Summary
Supervises daily activities and personnel in the subdivision. Reviews data from testing and Quality control. Manages routine technical problems and maintains and orders supplies and reagents for testing. Aids in revisions and development of new procedures. Recommends personnel for hiring and/or termination and assist. Performs routine bench load when load warrants 50% of the time. Assumes responsibilities of section managers in their absence. Assists with budget preparation.
Minimum Requirements
- Four year degree required

3 years or more work experience as a bench technologist.

ASCP required

Supervisory and/or Senior Technologist experience preferred

Hours to be determined includes weekends and holiday rotations as needed.
