You will provide divisional nursing leadership support by utilizing the Nursing Data Ecosystem standards, tools, and data science methods, in order to examine and validate nursing performance

You will be responsible for ensuring division-level data integrity and validation of nursing related metrics, including all strategic initiatives
-
You will provide feedback to senior leadership and stakeholders on initiatives and rate of change improvement on tactical action plans as well as division and enterprise-wide level metrics (e.g., contract labor, turnover).

You will engage with individual facilities to identify unique clinical/ operational needs and assist with development of action plans that are consistent with the mission of HCA

You will operationalize the analytics processes and data work of the Nursing Data Ecosystem collaboratively with the DCNE
-
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or Data Science required; Master’s Degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration or Data Science preferred

Master's degree required

5+ years of experience in related discipline required

Clinical License preferred; Data Analytics Certification preferred

The ability to use intermediate/advanced features of spreadsheet software to analyze data including formatting summary tables, creating graphs and charts, and making calculations required

Leverage various feedback mechanisms to benchmark performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes. Develop and implement strategies to elevate the nursing strategy required
