PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As an Operations Coordinator, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in growing our business by supporting client service, recruiting, marketing and various project initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Generates and compiles financial reports requiring use of an internal enterprise system, Salesforce, Workday and Excel.
Reconciliation of weekly time reporting against national revenue tracking report.
Prepare SOX Reports and revenue forecasts.
Manages special administrative projects with direction from the Regional Director. Examples include: preparing Consultant statistics, manager announcements and database code updates.
Conducts new hire orientations for new Consultants, and responds to human resources, payroll, and administrative inquiries.
Provides employees with required human resources paperwork, and ensures necessary forms are returned to the Corporate office.
Coordinates quarterly Consultant meetings for the office.
Recommends and coordinates Consultant functions, such as holiday functions, social events and recreational activities.
Provide executive-level administrative support including phones, travel, complex calendaring and scheduling.
Prepares, sends and tracks client legal documentation.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least four years of previous administrative experience in a corporate environment are preferred.
Ability to plan and organize with minimal supervision while developing office goals and objectives consistent with corporate values and strategies.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow procedures and pay careful attention to detail in a fast paced, fluid environment.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills with experience in a professional services environment.
Professional, friendly, diplomatic and collaborative approach.
Strong PC skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Internet & a capacity to learn new systems quickly.
