The receptionist is responsible for representing 22squared culture while greeting and directing visitors, answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Also provides general office support and handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates switchboard (answers calls, directs caller appropriately or takes and relays messages, provides callers with corporate information, e.g., company address and directions, fax numbers, website, etc.).
Authorizes visitor access to our suite by Security.
Greets, logs in/out and directs visitors.
Diligently monitors and manages (i.e., resolves or routes, checks status, closes) OS Helpdesk tickets.
Maintains digital record of Front Desk supporting documentation (e.g., employee cell numbers and car/monthly parking info, driving/walking directions, account assignments, visitor log, battery log, etc.).
Coordinates and maintains Front Desk relief schedule.
Securely maintains, logs, distributes and reconciles parking vouchers.
Securely maintains supply and audits guest badges.
Accepts and routes deliveries.
Prepares office in the morning (e.g., opens doors, makes coffee, distributes newspapers, straightens lobby, ensures front desk video is running and music is on).
End of day procedure (e.g., closes doors, turns off TVs, etc.).
Maintains safe and clean reception area.
Prepares monthly personal-postage report.
Submits building work orders.
Assists with meeting setups and cleanups.
Assists with other duties on an as-needed basis for Office Services and other departments (e.g., preparing mailings, sorting and collating documents, placing orders, creating/editing Word, Excel, PowerPoint documents, activating/deactivating access cards, etc.).
Assists with conference room reservations.

One year ore more working in a business office environment, previous reception experience preferred.
Mac Computer. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite, various other software applications, copiers, phone/voicemail and possibly other equipment as needed.
