Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Organizational Management Consultant with a Top Secret Security Clearance to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational level support to enable the design, implementation, evaluation and sustainment of the client's integrated talent development strategy.
Specific actions include:
1. Develop, implement, and sustain strategic organizational change management plan and activities in coordination with key stakeholders.
2. Identify key cultural challenges which need to be addressed, provide recommendations for improvement, and communicate with stakeholders.
3. Provide strategic human capital and organizational change management guidance and support to talent development programs, career services, and integration activities in order to ensure success of the planning, design, implementation, review, evaluation, and improvement of the integrated talent development strategy.
3. Provide strategic integration of multiple internal and external stakeholders. Facilitateinternal and external stakeholder engagement & analysis to understand impact of organizational and technology changes on both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Provide guidance and strategic support, as necessary, at the Director and programmatic level to ensure success of the talent development model.
5. Responsible for providing strategic advice and assistance to organizations to improve their overall performance and efficiency.

- Proven experience in management consulting or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Proficiency in strategic planning and business analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
