Cruise Line Customer Service Agent:
Take your career in a new direction as a Customer Service Specialist for Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line! Help our guests finalize their cruise plans after they have made their buying decision.
Respond to a variety of calls from customers in an inbound call center environment. Utilizing your customer service skills to resolve customer’s questions, concerns and problems both pre-cruise and post cruise.
Respond to customer telephone inquiries regarding all aspects of our Cruises, in a timely manner, systematically complying with all guidelines.
Responsible for all customer inquiries
Provide excellent customer service
Follow up on customer queries
Solve problems on the first call
Communicate appropriately with customers
Offer alternative solutions or additional products and services to meet customer needs
Fluent English & Spanish written and oral communication
Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills.
Customer Service experience preferred.
Ability to consistently meet schedule requirements.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers.
High School diploma or GED required
Previous experience in a customer service position is a plus
Any customer skill, quality or training certification is a plus
Sufficient knowledge of email systems such as Microsoft Outlook.
Sufficient knowledge of Word to enter data, copy or cut and paste data and print results as required.
Ability to manage multiple web or software-based programs simultaneously
Hours – Must be available to work between 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. including weekends
