Direct responsibility to supervise/train staff in areas of degree evaluation, graduation and record maintenance for the Registrar’s office. Records maintenance includes grades, reporting last date of attendance by faculty, grade changes, and posting withdrawals. Provide oversight for the computerized degree evaluation/audit system to include: maintain degree requirements, post degrees, and report degrees to the National Student Clearinghouse. Coordinate degree evaluation and graduation tasks with department staff and college graduation coordinators; maintain approved undergraduate and graduate curriculum in Banner and Degree Evaluation. Follow established policy and recommend procedure changes as appropriate to streamline activities that affect the Registrar’s office and other campus departments or programs . Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.

Four (4) years progressively responsible academic experience in a higher education setting that include areas such as registration, course scheduling, academic advising, or records. One year of the total 4 years experience required in a supervisory role.
