Growing commercial division of title company based in Bedford, New Hampshire looking for a talented individual to join our team in a fast paced, high volume office as a commercial coordinator. In this role, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and job duties:
Job duties to include:
· Opening files, ordering title work, obtaining various information needed for the transaction (i.e. real estate tax information, assessing information, GIS maps, UCC searches, final readings, ordering payoffs and MLC)
· Communicating with lenders and clients on all files, as needed
· Drafting documents including agendas, legal descriptions, correspondence to parties involved to ensure closing is moving forward efficiently and in a timely manner
· Assisting in calendar maintenance and deadline tracking
· Assisting in final file preparation for closing
· Updating title and E-record documents through Simplifile
· Reviewing and organizing signed loan packages for accuracy and completeness, scan and index final closing packages
· Ensuring closing packages and disbursements are made in a timely manner to lender, buyer, seller and agents
· Updating titles for constructions disbursements when requested; issue endorsements to the policy

- Must be a self-motivator and a strong attention to detail
· Must have the ability to work independently in a timely efficient manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time managements skills being able to multitask and prioritize
- Comfortable and experienced with the intricacies of a fast-paced environment
- Work well in a team environment
Experience:
- Commercial real estate experience not required but preferred
- Proficiency with eclosing not required but preferred
