Nex-Gen Management is seeking an experieced, multiskilled , Multi-Site Property Manager for downtown Chattanooga properties. These properties total 132 residential and commercial units. We are looking for that well put together Management Professional who is looking to rise to the next level with a small fast growing company.
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google.
Must be creative and able to navigate social media.
Must be ready to shine!
Any industry designations a plus but not required ARM, FHC, RAM, CAM, CPM, NALP
Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Must be able to pass background, credit, and drug test.
Resman software knowledge a plus
Must have a minimum of 2 years property management experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
