Product Management Coordinator

Job Summary: The Product Management (PM) Coordinator supports our PM team. You will be a part of the team responsible for driving our exciting New Product Initiatives and be able to contribute to the success of our Product Line through detail oriented work and organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting the product managers with product management activities
Synthesizing data into facts and trends that validate company direction on product development

Managing product spec sheet process

Maintaining financial analysis by product category and channel

Supporting with new product introduction activities including coordinating spec information, product uploads, and training

Performing new product development to cost, schedule performance metrics

Assisting with the successful launch of new products

Supporting life-cycle management

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical demands:

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field plus 2 years of marketing or product management experience or 5 years of relevant experience with no degree

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Effective organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to support marketing communications and marketing services projects including advertising campaigns, packaging and merchandising development, sales collateral development, publicity programs, and trade show management
Ability to read and understand technical information well enough to convey in communication to multiple audiences
Highly motivated
Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting; close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
