LIFE-Northwest Pennsylvania is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) for their Centers in Northwestern Pennsylvania (PA). LIFE is conducting a nation-wide search for this opportunity however this role requires relocation to Northwest Pennsylvania.
We are a community-based program providing services to seniors allowing them to remain in the community. LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly), known nationally as PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), provides support services to its elite group of seniors, enabling them to safely live in their own homes.
Practice Advantages

Total Compensation Range of $300-$350K
Qualifications
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 5 or more years of practice experience preferred
- Interest in caring for patients 55 years of age and older
- Team oriented
