Job Description: Administrative Assistant - Bookkeeper

The Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper will efficiently manage a variety of administrative duties for a not for profit firm. The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Excel and QuickBooks. A positive attitude and great communication skills are a must as well!
Required Skills and Experience
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing and general cleaning is required. This would require the ability to lift files and cleaning tools, open filing cabinets, and bend, stretch, or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work (Subject to change)
Days and hours of work depend on part-time or full-time status, but are generally Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am-5:00pm; Saturday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
No travel is expected for this position.
