Function Specific Activities:
This position is responsible for the business relationship and primary contact for each assigned asset. The primary focus is to ensure asset plans are consistent with national strategic asset and brand strategies. This includes in-venue activation consistent with Look of Success, building annual asset activation plan for each assigned asset, both customer and market specific and coordinating with local Ops and Sales teams.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

Coordinates regional promotions that incorporate the use of assets or inventory
Attends asset events as necessary to ensure activation execution
Manage and leverage all asset inventory
Accountable for directing all creative activation work relevant to asset or market activation
Manages agencies to develop all local market asset activation to take projects concepts and partner approval
Acts as subject matter expert to ensure all region POS, packaging, coupons etc, protect the company's rights, trademarks and investment while serving the best interest of our customers and assets
Develops program charters and manages project budgets
Completes program post analysis
Builds capability for region use of Coke channel, Design Machine and Kwikee
Serves as primary creative interface for local print shops
Serves as activation lead for leadership markets

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required

Related Work Experience:
5-7 years of experience, preferably with agencies who support the consumer goods/beverages industry
Knowledge of brand strategy and application across channel, including local marketing
Budget responsibility and management
Understands the key drivers of brand health across entire portfolio
Knowledge of key consumption occasions, shopper messaging, and methods of activation
Proven track record of achieving sustainable results

Functional Skills:
Knowledge of Agency capabilities
Planning and organizing experience; execution bias for action
Brand architecture/positioning
TM use, legal guidelines and Vis ID SME
Media (tags, scripts, print ads, program ads)
Rules development, legal approval process
Coupon codes
Prize fulfillment
Brand Acumen - positioning, role, occasions, vision
Collaboration (e.g. Region Commercial, Sales and Ops and Agencies)
