Break down complicated systems into individual pieces to improve productivity
Process Development/Tool Design- Visualize improvement opportunities and convert these into processes that meet aerospace quality standards.
Project Management- With assistance from the Engineering Manager, determine justification, develop project schedules and identify opportunities and risks associated with ideas. Develop risk mitigation strategies to manage risk.
Technical Writing- Prepare technical specifications and other documents that can be used to procure technical services and products or work instructions.
4th shift with up to 10% travel
Level of Responsibility:
Responsible for projects or multiple tasks within functional discipline
Makes significant contribution to their team by applying their knowledge of the discipline
Works with moderate guidance on projects with short-term focus
Has a solid understanding of the fundamentals of the discipline and role
To be successful in this position, you should have the following experience:
Candidate should be familiar with mechanical design, pneumatics/hydraulic, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and heat transfer
Knowledge/Experience in the Aerospace industry
Knowledge/Experience with continuous improvement tools, Six Sigma, ACE, etc.
Previous Project Management experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
A minimum of 6 months of experience (can include internship experience)
U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts
