Role Description

Works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders - both external and internal to the company - to research and elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements, and to ensure that those requirements clearly reflect true business needs, correctly representing all stakeholders. Translates business needs into system/ application requirements and project components to help determine solutions to business problems. Assists team members in producing functional requirements for tool development. Proactively identifies and manages changes to requirements and identify risks for the company’s clients. Effectively manages client’s expectations. Applies industry and information technology expertise to support proposals, feasibility studies, implementations and new business development.

Must have experience with Qlik Sense and SQL Server
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in Database manipulating, working with integrated data and big data
Sales date analysis or Revenue data analysis experience a plus
Java Scripting or Python Scripting experience a plus
Partner with the audit team to ensure enterprise identity and access management guidelines are enforced
Streamline the processes of provisioning, updating, and de-provisioning accounts
Successfully engage in multiple, simultaneous initiatives
Work independently with clients to define concepts as per direction of product owner and scrum master
Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions and how they will successfully execute their plans
Perform testing of role and profile updates on application development and validate deployed changes
Participate in daily standups and other scrum team meetings
Define data and requirements based on business process and / or business requirements analysis

Education and Experience Required:
Typically a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (desired)
Proficiency with storing and manipulating relational data in databases
Proficiency in handling and working with large datasets, beyond those traditionally handed within relational databases
Proficiency with machine learning techniques and, equally important, when to apply them and when not
Demonstrated track record of generate business insights from data and communicating (ideally via a portfolio of previous work)
