As a San Antonio-based carrier, we believe in not just delivering freight for our customers, but also delivering a positive work experience for our drivers. We are currently looking for a regional/OTR driver who can maximize their time on the road and enjoy the rewards at home.

Our Journey: We have been an Amazon dedicated carrier for the past six years, and we anticipate returning to Amazon early next year. In the meantime, we're partnering with JB Hunt, another great platform.
Competitive Pay: 25 - 35% Gross
We offer a competitive pay structure based on your experience, ranging from 25% to 35% of the gross load revenue. Here's how it works:
- Transparent Earnings: If a load pays $1,000, JB Hunt takes a 30% fee, leaving $700. If you qualify for the top tier at 35%, you'll earn $245 from that load.
- Hourly Breakdown: For a 12-hour load, this translates to approximately $20.42 per hour. However, many of our drivers average around $30 per hour, thanks to efficient routes and favorable conditions.
- Performance-Based: Your earnings depend on various factors, including mileage, linehaul rates, shipper and receiver efficiency, and your own driving skills.
Maximize Your Earnings and Enjoy Your Time Off
- To make the most of your time on the road and maximize your earnings, we recommend staying out for at least 7 days. Ideally, a 10-14 day stretch works best, as it allows you to pursue the highest-paying routes with minimal restrictions. Ultimately, how much you want to earn and how much time you want to take off is up to you, as long as we're all making money in the process.

DUTIES:
- Safely operate a commercial truck with automatic and manual transmission.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past year.
- Strong knowledge of route planning and navigation using GPS.
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.

Pay: $750.00 - $2,000.00 per week
