Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Production Team is to assist with production, sanitation, and housekeeping tasks. The Production Team Member will also have responsibility of preparing, assembling, and packaging chocolate confections for the company. Ideal candidates will be upbeat, ready to work, and available for work Monday - Thursday and some Fridays between 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Essential Functions
Assist production team with dishwashing, laundry, and housekeeping needs for the production facility
Prepare, assemble, and package handmade food products
Clean equipment and workspace after use
Work with shift leaders to prepare raw ingredients for manufacturing
Support the kitchen team in the production of cooked and molded chocolate products
Assist in finishing and preparing orders for outbound shipping
Work Safety – Ensures that all tasks and functions of position are performed in a safe manner at all times and that all procedures and requirements are properly followed to accomplish assigned tasks
Food Safety/Quality – Responsible for food safety and quality as well as reporting food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action
Other production duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be very detail oriented and capable of following precise instructions
Must be capable of repetitive line work (standing, manual dexterity)
Ideal candidates will have previous food manufacturing or production experience
Must be able to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Ability to lift and/or handle packaged goods and materials up to and including 25lbs
