As a Recruiter, you’ll proactively manage the end to end recruitment process for multiple business functions. You’ll help build a scalable recruitment environment while working closely with our HR and business partners in developing innovative, creative and effective talent acquisition strategies.
You’ll position yourself as an expert when it comes to talent identification, talent attraction, candidate assessment and delivering a positive recruitment experience to both internal and external customers. You’ll have the unique ability to manage, prioritize and fully execute on searches against a timeline and participate in corporate talent acquisition strategies such as employment branding, university relations and diversity initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, your energetic and action-oriented style will be key as you help drive change in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to our innovative, highly rewarding environment while taking part in the evolution and growth of our business.
How You’ll Be Successful
Proactively develop diverse candidate pipelines utilizing innovative sourcing channels across a diverse range of business areas.
Utilize social media sourcing and branding tools to support talent attraction.
Gather and share talent market intelligence and insights to business partners.
Provide complete life cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.
Serve as business recruitment expert advising hiring managers on hiring process, collaborating on job requisitions/descriptions and advising effective assessment/interview techniques.
Define clear job skills, specifications, internal/external sourcing, candidate screening, background checks, relocation and offer completion.
Organize and participate in university recruiting and community job fairs and events.
Utilize behavioral interviewing and selection processes, create offer letters and oversee on-boarding pre-employment screens and paperwork.
Provide relevant metrics and reports to highlight recruitment activity on an ongoing basis.

Your Experience & Education
Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
Minimum five years of recruiting experience with strong candidate generation and talent attraction experience. Corporate recruitment experience preferred.
Experience building and optimizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone, internet and social research.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
