State Farm Insurance Agent, GREG MEYER located in ROUND ROCK, TX is seeking a bi-lingual Spanish speaker who is friendly and committed to helping their customers. As a State Farm team member, you will work with existing customers to assist them with their State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. The position includes providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. The types of job responsibilities include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Requirements include being bilingual in Spanish, having excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong written, verbal and listening communication abilities. The team member must be people oriented, self-motivated, proactive in problem solving, dedicated to fast paced customer service and possess strong organizational skills. The job requires that the candidate is able to obtain a General Lines Property and Casualty license. Bi-lingual candidate preferred.
