Job Description:
The Corporate Accounts Payable Systems Administration team is part of the GT&O Corporate Accounts Payable organization. The primary focus of our team is supporting the daily system operations of the Corporate Accounts Payable team as well as acting as the liaison between business and technology partners.

Key priorities for our team are daily system production support, technology project support, systems related special projects, systems reporting, and general technology support for AP.

The teammate in this role is responsible for daily systems production support, production metrics, management reporting, website / Flagscape maintenance, system access requests, and report creation and support for US and International areas concentrating on Corporate Accounts Payable. Generally, the work routine occurs along normal operating hours, which occasionally includes international time zones. As part of the responsibilities of this role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships with technology and all lines of businesses. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure and acumen in technology, Accounts Payable, and develop or improve the following skills: leadership, reporting knowledge, technology awareness.

The team is composed of approximately 8 employees located in Providence, RI.

Required Skills

BS/BA required (Computer Information Systems/Finance/Accounting preferred)
Strong computer systems / systems architecture knowledge, advanced reporting capabilities (i.e. SQL, VBA, Tableau, Cognos, advanced Excel, Access, etc), data mining, modeling and manipulation
Strong business partner skills and communication skills in working with technology partners
Ability to meet multiple deadlines accurately and efficiently
2+ years of technology, accounting or financial analysis work experience
Desired Skills

Oracle/In$ight /SAP/eLedger or relatable general ledger systems experience
Comfort working with complex financial products
Operational reporting experience
Coding (Java, SQL Writing, VBA, etc)
Concur Knowledge
Ariba Knowledge
