Job Summary:
The Project Administrative Specialist is responsible for the research, coordination and management of assigned projects. It is an integral part of the Expense Management Team within Enterprise Spend Management;

Major Responsibilities:
Central review of travel and expense reports
Central review of high risk expense items in Appzen
Central approval for travel
Keep Desktop Procedures current in line with policy
Invoice review
Assist with travel and entertainment policy enforcement
Coordinate and conduct firm wide trainings
Competitor analysis
Special presentations and projects
Liaise with Corporate travel team
Manage FOA Expense Management mailbox

Qualifications:
Typically requires 3+ years of demonstrated knowledge in project coordination experience, and strong business analytics.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, simultaneously; ability to establish priority and coordinate work.
Excellent communication skills to work with management and business area staff.
Working experience in business language, spelling, punctuation and grammar.
Ability to make basic math calculations.
Previous experience in office practices, procedures, systems and equipment.
Ability to maintain complex administrative data and to prepare reports.
Excellent organization skills.
Strong database, spreadsheet, PowerPoint, and general computer skills.
Project management leadership skills.
Ability to work with and across multiple departments.
Diligence, attention to detail, resourceful.
