We are seeking a professional, seasoned Recruiter whose focus will be on daily team work, passion for what they do, and enjoy helping others through their integrity and initiative.

Job Responsibilities:

This 1099 remote position will play a key role in giving us a positive image in the timeshare exit industry. The objectives require high motivation in assisting the company in growing. The main responsibility is to recruit and interview potential sales candidates that will work remotely booking appointments.

  • Selling the brand and trust that the company embodies to potential candidates
  • Be an ambassador for the company's values and core beliefs and be able to represent them well
  • Establish relationships with sales candidates to understand their skills, experience and motivations
  • Be a future success builder - find candidates through sourcing techniques using job boards and employee referrals
  • Review resumes as well as schedule & conduct sales interviews
  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from initial conversation to offer with the assistance of the Human Resources Director
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal customers and peers to understand company hiring needs
  • Be able to adjust hiring requirements and techniques to align with the leaderships mission and expectations for the right candidate profile and fit
  • Drive our message and enthusiastically promote Newton Groups’ long term sales success opportunity on each interview and call
  • Become an expert in identifying the best sales talent across the country
  • Assist in brainstorming and developing strategies to help promote Newton Group in the community to attract driven and successful professionals
  • Prepare recruiting progress reports, interpreting information and making recommendations for improvement on staffing
  • Keep management informed by providing daily and weekly updates on candidates in the pipeline
  • Lend a hand with recruiting based projects on an as-needed basis

Position Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of progressive recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or Communication preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in an organized fashion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with local, state, federal and government policies and procedures

Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm / Full Time / 1099

Pay: $15.00 / hour - $18.00 / hour to start DOE
