The Guest Experience Manager for Club 33 will be responsible for delivering a premium dining and club experience by leading a highly talented restaurant Cast through active stage management during the operating day. In this role, you will ensure a high level of Food and Beverage product, service, safety, and sanitation.
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent High school diploma or equivalent Food and Beverage Sanitation Certificate. Food and Beverage TIPS Certification Understanding of Union Labor Laws and Contracts Experience in fine dining Food and Beverage related role Must possess a basic understanding of food sanitation Must possess reasonable mathematical skills Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to listen effectively and communicate verbally and in written form Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Proven strong Guest Service orientation Proven ability to lead and develop a team Ensure a premium experience for our Club 33 Members Provide input to set the parameters of new products through creative, financial, and client analysis. Continue to look for ways to enhance the Guest Experience Model leadership behaviors that encourage Cast to maintain and promote a fun work environment Provide daily leadership to Cast Members by reward and recognition, coaching, counseling, discipline and training and development. Mentor and develop team through development plans for future management. Utilize partnering skills in working closely with all departments to ensure an efficient and seamless operation. Continue to look for ways to enhance the profitability of operations. Complete daily administrative paperwork and prepares operational reports as requested.
