Summary of Position:
During the 10-week summer program, the intern will have the opportunity to make an impact on his or her customer team through both day-to-day work and a final project. This project will incorporate many of the responsibilities and vital skills necessary to be a successful leader. Following a successful internship, there is a possibility of full-time employment through the Customer Development Associate rotational program.
The Customer Development Intern will gain exposure to the following areas:
Customer Business Management
Market Business Analysis
Customer Relations, Logistics, Sales Plan Development
Current Junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the field of business with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Leadership experience during college years
Ability to relocate within the organization
Strong analytical potential
Valid driver’s license
