Receptionist / Office Assistant needed - F/T

Assistant duties include:

Answering phone, faxing, filing, sorting mail, emailing, downloading emails, typing (letters, emails - contracts, sales proposals), data entry, and customer service (greeting customers in person and on the phone). Research for Sales Manager will also be part of the job - mostly on the internet.

Other tasks will involve office assistant duties like entering bills / invoices and related.

Applicant must have prior administrative / clerical work experience (1 - 2 years) as well as college degree preferred, and computer knowledge (including Internet research, Microsoft Office, Social Media, and Infusionsoft a plus). Also applicant needs to be professional in appearance, and demeanor.
