Due to our rapid growth, Schneider Saddlery has an exciting opportunity for a technically sound and curious current or recent college graduate to bring his/her equestrian knowledge into a formalized training & development program.

We have created this developmental opportunity to train experienced equestrians in the various areas of our business. The goal of the program is upon successful completion of the developmental assignments, an appropriate full time, regular position will be identified via mutual interest and skillset.
This six-month training program will include assignments in Customer Service (phone-based), marketing and our brick-and-mortar retail store. During the six-month training period, we are offering the opportunity to utilize your passion for, and knowledge of, the equestrian industry in a bona fide business application; experiences that will be transferable wherever your career path lies. We are also offering a flexible schedule, the ability to learn from some of the most knowledgeable and respected equestrian supply experts in the US, and the opportunity to interact extensively with our enthusiastic customers, both in person and over the phone.
