The Mission:
Manufacturing Production Operations is charged with the delivery of complex electronic systems. The manufacturing assembly team works to achieve production goals through the values of safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost control and continuous improvement. We continually work on improving our performance by actively seeking feedback from our internal and external customers and by open and direct feedback to our suppliers.

Specific deliverables associated with this position include:
Perform component testing using prescribed methods/work instructions
Collect test data and enter into database, as well as analyze data to make process decisions
Assist in set up or selection of specialized equipment
Performs wide variety of troubleshooting to identify problems
Perform machine set-up, calibration and preventative maintenance
Rebuild manufacturing equipment when needed to ensure operability
The Requirements: A successful applicant for this position will possess the following combination of education and experience:

High school Diploma or equivalent
Excellent manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination
Capable of working with small, detailed objects under a microscope
Ability to conduct repetitive line work for long periods of time
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to use a variety of small hand tools
Ability to work well a team oriented environment
Familiarity with various types of mechanical and electrical measuring equipment
Familiarity with Windows and other PC based software
Able to safely lift and manipulate 35 pounds
Strive to meet targets and deadlines for assembling process
Upon hire, on the job training will be provided for the successful candidate during 90 day provisionary period.
