American Truck Plazas, LLC is an independent truck stop in Milton, PA. We are professional, customer-centric, fast-paced environment. Our goal is to hire a hands on manager that can assist the General Manager in his day to day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Help manager the day-to-day operations of the Travel Plaza. Communicating with vendors is a must.
- Assign tasks and projects to cashiers for their shifts.
- Ensure the quality of products or services within the truck stop.
- Oversee customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure that products are rotated properly and sold at optimal prices.
- Review and approve customer credit cards before purchases can be made.
- Issue refunds or initiate chargebacks to credit card companies, as necessary.
- Oversee staff performance and handle complaints.
- Be available for occasional on-call weekends
- We will train the right person!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,853.00 - $49,075.00 per year
