Role:
As an Dental Implant Sales Specialist , you’ll play the most vital role in assisting patients to move forward with life-changing treatments that restores their smile and function.Your work will have a major impact on enhancing their lives.
- Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport, build trust, present and close treatment plans by understanding and addressing patient concerns and barriers
- Call and manage incoming leads via patients CRM
- Maintain consistent follow up with patients
- Suggest and implement process improvements
- Follow and suggest improvements to current processes
- Assist in social media marketing efforts
- Attend weekly meeting updates with doctor
- Hours T-F 8am to 5pm with potential of extra hours to secure the sale (no cap on commissions)
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and meeting KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Displays a strong sense of empathy and the ability to connect with people on a personal level
Day in the life of :
- Call incoming leads “ Patients who completed evaluation form and indicated interest in dental implant treatment” and schedule them for doctor consultation
- Participate in morning huddles!
- Present treatment plans
- Help patients with financing
- Connect & follow up with patients
- Administer a successful handoff to clinical team
