Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Executive Assistant

We are looking for someone who likes to improve systems and skills daily, someone who embraces taking on new opportunities head first. This person is not afraid to fail, learn and get better.

$50,000 - $60,000

Responsible for all pre-contract, under contract and closing coordination activities with agents and clients.
Communicate important transaction details with all clients/agents daily via multiple forms of communication.
Implement marketing activities to systematically follow up with clients and prep client appreciation events.
Create marketing materials, manage social media.
Ad hoc activities such as running signs, picking up paperwork, etc.

Must already have real estate license or be willing to get their license in the first 60 days.
Degree preferred, not required.
Willingness to think differently, be coachable, be open to new ideas and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
