You are adept at organizing proposal team activities, such as data calls, and proposal production
You are skilled in analyzing RFP requirements, developing compliance matrices, and working with the proposal manager to devise formats and templates for proposal sections
You have experience developing and creating proposal text using input from a variety of authors, editing proposal sections, and proofreading
You are diligent in participating in color reviews and implementing changes according to the proposal manager's recovery plan
You enjoy desktop publishing and drafting process flowcharts and other graphics for proposals

You have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
You are comfortable working under tight deadlines, and on multiple documents simultaneously
You have 3+ years of successful experience coordinating proposals for challenging federal RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs valued at $25M+
You have experience writing technical approaches, past performance narratives, management approaches, resumes, and other proposal response artifacts
You are comfortable interviewing SMEs to gather information in sufficient detail to craft proposal content that is complete, compliant, and compelling
You have experience editing material prepared by other writers or technical personnel
You are skilled in desktop publishing to ensure all proposal styles, fonts, and graphics are compliant
You like to organize and maintain company approaches, past performance, resumes, and other related proposal artifacts in content libraries
You have significant experience proofreading material prepared by other writers or technical staff
You are an expert in using Microsoft Office Applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe, and you have significant experience using SharePoint
You are upbeat and positive, and you remain calm under pressure
You have a bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, IT, or a related field.
You have flexibility to work long hours, nights, and weekends, if required.

You have an active security clearance or you are able to obtain one.
You have experience with technical IT and digital support proposals, with emphasis on collaboration, infrastructure, cyber, web, mobile and analytics
You are familiar with pipeline software
You have taken professional proposal training, such as Shipley.
What your day will look like:
You will work on a wide range of proposals, at the direction of the proposal manager
You’ll will write and help coordinate the development of $25M+ proposals
