Job Title: Operations Assistant
Department: Day Reporting Center
Reports to: Program Director
The Operations Assistant/Driver is responsible for the care and custody of all participants in the program and is responsible for all supervision function within the facility and on authorized outings in accordance with guidelines, and the provision of office security and support services. The Operations Assistant is responsible for ongoing support, follow-up and strict supervision according to program procedure.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalency. Two years of experience in human services, correctional supervision or related field preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred. Some positions require bilingual abilities (English-Spanish).
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to make decisions. Willingness to learn and apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.
Other Certificates, Licenses, Registrations and Qualifications
Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License, a driving record acceptable to PMI insurance carrier and have reliable transportation.
