Our insurance office is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great entry level telemarketer/ lead generator opportunity. As an entry level telemarketer/ lead generator you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market insurance products or services within the community. Salary Range: $26880.00 - $55000.00 per year

Base Salary with Commissions
Hands On Training
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Generating insurance quotes.
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Career minded vision.
Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
