Position Overview:
JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Associate Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to the Project and Development Services (PDS) team, assisting with day-to-day project management, accounting and marketing activities. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the successful candidate will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. The position may be located in either Minneapolis, MN or Des Moines, IA. Responsibilities: Provide support for Project teams in the Upper Midwest Market (MN/IA/ND/SD). Provide superior client service Contribute to the growth of the company Enhance own professional and personal skills Meet assigned financial targets Essential Functions: Projects Support Project Executives and Senior Project Managers on projects of varying sizes and complexity. Proactively manage project-related issues on given assignments. Demonstrate a focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology.. Day-to-day project activities may include attending meetings, documenting minutes, reviewing vendor invoices, managing document control and project-related data. Accounting Ensure all accounts receivables are maintained at a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance, account finance team and/or the Regional Operations Manager. Assist Local PDS Team in meeting AGM numbers on a Regional and National level as determined on a yearly basis by the Management Executive Committee. Marketing Support Project Executives in marketing efforts for the business unit. Provide support in drafting proposals, brochures, social media postings and other marketing collateral. Other Comply with all Jones Lang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1-3 year practical experience in commercial real estate, architectural, interior design or general construction industries is strongly preferred. Detail oriented Highly organized with strong analytical skills Exceptional time management skills. Ability to identify and manage priorities. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with all levels of clients and team members. Able to communicate in a professional yet personable manner. Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently, adapting to moving deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
