We currently have an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the well-established Accounting team in our King of Prussia, PA office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess a sense of urgency & be motivated by high volume processing. It's a perfect opportunity for a self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running with our immediate projects.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:
Perform accounts payable duties, including entering AP invoices into the accounting system. Follow appropriate AP procedures to ensure timely and accurate preparation
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Respond to vendor questions, when necessary
Perform filing duties
Maintain files and records to keep updated and easily accessible
Communicate proactively with manager in matters related to accounts payable
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc)
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma/GED is required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related experience is preferred
1 – 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred
Familiarity with office procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle a plus
