Provides administrative support to the Office of the Co-President of Blue Sky Studios. Serves as day-to-day liaison between Co-President and various internal and external parties.
Must have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be extremely detail-oriented, tech savvy, organized, pro-active, possess great interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a discreet and confidential manner.
Exercise strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a positive, flexible and professional disposition. Must be a forward thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
Coordinates information, communications and resources to align with the Co-President’s vision and priorities.
Serves as an intermediary with executives, producers, directors, writers, talent, other assistants, external associates and visitors at all levels.
Understands priorities, as well as short term strategies and lays out a plan of how and when to tackle them.
Identifies and oversees any conflicting needs and handles matters expeditiously and proactively, following through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Coordinates domestic and international travel and logistics for the Co-President.
Creates a positive environment for all who interact with the office.
Responsibly and tactfully manages Co-President’s time, multi-tasks and communicates with authority.
Excellent follow-through skills and ability to meet deadlines, juggle priorities and apply good professional judgement on a daily basis.
Maintain impeccable integrity, professionalism, and discretion with regard to confidential information. Display excellent judgment, poise, and professionalism.
High degree of confidence with and efficient use of technology with proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web conference software, internet research, etc.).
Processes and organizes expense reports.
Drafts correspondence and manages incoming/outgoing mail.
Meeting coordination, logistics, preparation, invitations and materials.
Provides overall administrative support including, but not limited to, answering phones, greeting visitors and arranging day to day meetings.
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, delegate and change course of action quickly
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Strong organizational and follow-thru skills, especially with extensive scheduling
Effective communicator, both verbally and written
Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible
Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team and with professionals at all levels
Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision
Must be a proactive problem-solver with creative instincts and business sense
Mac OS, Google Suite, and Keynote
Extensive expense report and travel experience
BA or BS preferred
