The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced Corporate recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities, providing support, improving process efficiency, and building manager & candidate relationships. This candidate will be an organizational guru, can work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, can shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is an excellent growth opportunity for someone with prior Recruiting or HR experience looking to broaden and develop their career with a top recruiting organization.
Participates in Manager Intake sessions, create job descriptions, and opens Job Requisitions
Posts requisitions to internal and external sites/job boards and manages subsequent administration as appropriate
Schedules and monitors pre-employment drug testing and background checks
Schedules interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
Runs and prepares reports in Workday and Excel to provide data and identify trends as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, etc.
Updates candidate records in Workday, processes offer letters & New Hire documentation, and confirms New Hires prior to start date
Assists with maintaining and ensuring accuracy of employee data in Workday
Tracks recruiting activities and provides candidate status in a weekly report
Coordinates post-interview debrief meetings and provides debrief materials
Identifies opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Assists in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Assists with the onboarding process for new employees
Ensures candidates have received and completed pre-employment documents
High School Diploma required
Minimum 2 yrs. experience working in a Recruiting function/role, supporting multiple stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred
Strong proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools, including a high level of proficiency in Excel with the ability to run reports and manipulate data
Proven experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment required
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of including Executive Team
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to work with and maintain confidential and sensitive information as well as have conversations with others regarding confidential and sensitive information
Knowledge and experience of applicant tracking or recruiting information databases/systems, Workday strongly preferred
Successful Candidate must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen as a condition of employment.
