In addition to recruitment, this person may be asked on occasion to perform a variety of personnel related administrative tasks. Entry Level Recruiter requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Recruiter offers great opportunity for advancement and growth.

Responsibilities of Recruiter:

  • Post jobs on various job boards
  • Review and screen resumes
  • Conducted initial phone interviews and be able to move right candidates forward
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Coordinate with hiring team to set up onsite interviews
  • Provide timely and clear communication around interview activity to hiring team and executive team
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources/Payroll regarding special projects and other administrative duties, as determined by HR management
  • Other duties as assignedIdeally, 2+ years of recruiting experience and a minimum of 1+ years of human resources/administrator experience

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal abilities and is service oriented. Able to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels in the office and in the field. Is comfortable addressing issues directly and in a professional friendly manner.
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Self-motivated, well organized, and extremely detailed oriented. Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to change direction and priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
