Vaden Assurance Allstate is seeking self-motivated and sales driven professionals to join our successful insurance division as a Sales Agent. Vaden Assurance, LLC is an Allstate Agency with 9 offices in Savannah, Brunswick, Hinesville, and Statesboro, GA, as well as Beaufort and Hilton Head, SC. Because of the size of our agency we are able to provide the broadest range of services to the customers. In addition to our personal lines such as homeowner's and auto, we offer life and estate strategies to individuals and a variety of business owner's policies.

Insurance Sales Agent - Job Description:
Sell insurance policies to individuals in an assigned territory for Vaden Assurance Allstate. You will follow up on leads that are generated through all aspects of our business and maintain quality relationships with our current customer base.

Insurance Sales Agent - Job Responsibilities:
Identify customer's needs and advise/quote best insurance coverage available
Follow up with potential leads to answer questions etc., and close sales
Contact current customers to maintain and improve customer loyalty
Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service when responding to inquiries
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Participate in various incentive programs designed to meet and exceed sales goals

Insurance Sales Agent - Job Requirements:
Must be willing to obtain an insurance sales license within a reasonable period. We will reimburse licensing cost after 90 days of employment.
Sales experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outgoing and friendly with a positive, professional attitude
Organized and able to multi-task
Self-motivates and sales driven with excellent work ethic
Must be able to use a multi-line phone system and direct inbound leads (phone, internet) to appropriate contact.
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
