Lawrence Merchandising is currently seeking a polished, energetic, client facing, sales and operations minded Client Account Manager to play an integral role in our growth. The Client Account Manager is responsible for project management, client relationship and growth of assigned clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establishing a strong relationship with assigned clients that provides a thorough knowledge of their business and retail objectives.
Development and planning of customized retail merchandising service plans that meet and exceed client needs.
Creation of all service plan materials and direction for field employees.
Communication of specific service objectives to the field and internal staff.
Analysis and review of service results with the client and internal staff.
Retention and growth of client base through follow-up and relationship building.
New business generation through existing clients and referrals.
Qualified candidates will possess and/or have the ability to:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and two+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of project management experience with direct client contact in a retail environment, either corporate office or store.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
Interact with all levels of employees and clients.
Excellent organization, presentation, and documentation skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate unfavorable feedback.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time successfully to completion.
Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills under pressure.
Work independently and within a team environment.
Accommodate pressures and demands as required by schedules, deadlines, etc.
Be resourceful, assertive, detail oriented, and highly self-motivated.
Demonstrate initiative and creativity.
Advanced English usage, proofreading and editing skills.
